How much does moving cost in Budapest?
The Standard package is 18,000 HUF/hour with 2 movers and a van, with a 72,000 HUF minimum. The Solo package is 13,990 HUF/hour with a 49,900 HUF minimum when the customer actively helps.
Is there a minimum fee?
Yes. Solo has a 49,900 HUF minimum fee, Standard has a 72,000 HUF minimum fee.
When is a floor surcharge added?
Only when there is no usable lift. The surcharge is calculated as a percentage of the base fee.
When is a job urgent?
If the move starts within 48 hours, the calculator adds a 20% urgency surcharge.
When can I choose Solo?
Solo is available when the customer or a helper provided by the customer actively takes part in carrying.
When is Standard recommended?
Standard is recommended for normal moving jobs where the customer does not need to carry items.
